2. Brass BoerBrass Boer Bonaire is the Caribbean restaurant of the owners Jonnie & Thérèse Boer (Their restaurant The Librije in The Netherlands has been rewarded with 3 Michelin Stars). This beautiful restaurant is a dream come true for them as the island is close to their hearts. The restaurant offers worldclass oceanview fine dining with excellent wine pairing options.
3. At SeaRestaurant At Sea is a small restaurant with oceanview on the boulevard of Kralendijk. The restaurant offers an extensive and comprehensive à la carte menu with a wide choice of creative dishes made from the available fresh products. CapriccioRestaurant Capriccio is definitely our favorite Italian restaurant on the island. The owners Lola & Andrea have served guests since 1994 with a passion for Italian food paired with amazing wines. 2. It Rains FishesIt Rains Fishes is a lovely restaurant on the boulevard of Kralendijk where you can enjoy an excellent meal while watching the most amazing sunsets the island has to offer. The freshest fish, directly from the fisherman on the pier in front of the restaurant, a nice cocktail or a good glass of wine will pair the honest, pure and homemade food.
3. BubblesRestaurant Bubbles Bonaire is a new hotspot in town, located in the heart of the main street in Kralendijk offering a cozy setting filled with fishing nets and authentic maritime decor. On the menu are bubbles of course, but not only that. They strive to find the freshest ingridients available on the island to serve you a beautiful dish from their menu.
4. La Cantina Cerveceria & The BreweryLa Cantina Cerveceria is one of the hidden gems you definitely must explore. Hidden in a tropical courtyard behind the Brewery, it offers a daily fresh fishmarket next to a beautiful menu. Where the Brewery is a cozy beer café offering a wide variety of beers on tap and bottle, both restaurants serve the same menu with daily different specials.
5. Cuba CompagnieCuba Compagnie is a nice casual restaurant on the main square in Kralendijk with an excellent ambiance and diverse menu with typical Cuban, but also international dishes.
Every Thursday night the restaurant is transferred into a Latin Bar where salsa dancing lovers take over the specially created dancefloor. This list is far from completed, there are so many more smaller and larger restaurants on Bonaire, local food places and excellent food trucks.
